Hi, I’m Thaso, the founder and personal trainer behind Fitness Fam Training LLC. My journey into fitness started with a simple desire for self-improvement. As I became more consistent with my workouts and healthier habits, friends and family began asking for advice—and I found joy in guiding them. That joy quickly became a calling.
Growing up, I didn’t have much exposure to nutrition or health-focused living. I struggled with understanding what and how much to eat, often feeling unsure about what was "right." That experience allows me to truly empathize with beginners—especially those who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start.
Today, I specialize in helping people who are new to fitness take their first confident steps. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or are returning after time away, I’ll meet you where you are. I start with shorter, lower-impact sessions and slowly build intensity at a pace that respects your body and lifestyle. My philosophy? "Rome wasn’t built in a day." Progress matters more than perfection.
My goal is to help you create a sustainable fitness routine, so you continue growing stronger even when you're training on your own. I use simple, proven techniques—not trendy methods that risk injury—to keep things safe, practical, and effective.
I hold certifications in Transformations Coaching, Strength & Conditioning, and Weight Management, and I combine those skills with a supportive, motivational coaching style.
When I’m not training, you’ll find me walking trails, exploring new cafés and restaurants, attending social events, or planning my next travel adventure. I believe that a fulfilling life is built on balance, and fitness is one of the most empowering tools to support that journey.
